Who is responsible

Floclick is run by Maximilian Lesek as a sole trader (enskild firma) in Sweden. He is the controller for the personal data described on this page. Company details are at the bottom of this page. Questions about privacy go to info@floclick.com.

What we collect and why

• When you fill out the form on /apply. We receive your name, work email, website and your answers about your leads, and pass them to the booking form so we can prepare for the call. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
• When you book a call. The booking calendar is run by Cal.com. When you book, we receive your name, your email address and anything you write in the booking form. We use it to hold the call and to follow up about a possible project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• When you email or call us. We keep what you send us so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
• When you visit the site. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Your cookie choice. We store your choice in a cookie in your browser, with a random ID and the date, so we can respect it and show that consent was given. Legal basis: our legal obligation under the Swedish cookie rules and the GDPR (Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Cookies and outside services

Fonts and images on this site are served from our own server, so opening a page does not send your data to Google or any other outside service. The one exception is the booking calendar from Cal.com. It sets its own cookies, so it only loads after you allow it in the cookie settings or click Show available times. The exact cookies are listed in our cookie policy, and you can change your choice any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

• Cal.com runs the booking calendar and receives what you enter when you book. Cal.com privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts this website. Vercel privacy policy.
• YouTube. Video links open on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you click, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies there.

Transfers outside the EU

Cal.com and Vercel are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU and EEA, it is covered by safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Booking details and emails are kept while we are talking about a project, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, accounting records are kept for seven years, as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (bokföringslagen) requires. Your cookie choice is kept for six months, then we ask again.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time under Cookie settings, which does not affect what happened before. Email info@floclick.com and we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) at imy.se.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top.
